Wrenfield Farmhouse

Wrenfield has been in one family for three generations and comes to market for the first time since 1961. The main house is classic local stone under a slate roof, with generous, well-proportioned rooms and four working fireplaces.

The adjoining barn was converted in 2012 into a two-bedroom annexe, currently let seasonally. Outbuildings include a stable block of four boxes, a tack room and a large open-sided implement shed.

Land extends to approximately fourteen acres, divided into three paddocks with post-and-rail fencing, plus an orchard of heritage apple and pear varieties.
