Seacliff House

Seacliff House sits on a rare headland parcel where the coastline turns west, giving the principal rooms a full arc of afternoon light and open water. The architects worked with a restrained palette — board-formed concrete, white oak, bronze — so that the view remains the loudest thing in the room.

The main level is a single continuous volume: a sunken lounge anchored by a stone hearth, a dining terrace that opens completely on a nine-metre glazed slider, and a working kitchen finished in honed marble. Three of the five bedrooms face the water, each with its own bathroom and reading alcove.

Below, a lower garden level houses a media room, wine store, and a self-contained guest suite with private entry. The grounds were replanted with coastal natives in 2021 and require almost no irrigation.
